Accessing the Whroo camping ground is convenient and straightforward. Situated 8km south of Rushworth via Rushworth-Nagambie Road and Reedy Creek Road, reaching the campsite is fairly easy. However, it’s important to note that the road leading to the camping ground is a narrow gravel road unsuitable for caravans. As you journey towards your destination, keep an eye out for the Balaclava Hill Information Centre which indicates you are on the right track. This center not only guides you but also provides insightful information about the area’s historical significance.

With between 20 and 30 individual campsites available at this campground, visitors are spoiled for choice when it comes to finding their perfect spot.
